Paracelsus changes his form based on the emotions of his wielder - that's why he went from an axe to a key (A.B.A. has a whole key motif going on) and why in Strive he starts dissolving into a black goop sometimes - A.B.A. is losing faith in her and their relationship's stability, so Paracelsus is literally unstable. With their reconciliation and promise to stay together at the end of their story, he returns to the key form she prefers and turns her favorite color because of her newfound, non-toxic love.
from what i can tell watching it the bomb special not only throws 2 bombs now but also inflicts guard crush to make it plus on block even if not followed up with an air normal, and because of this elphelt has time to land and use her command grab super while you are still stuck in guard crush
Elphelt's gun shots are better and i think her rekka combos for longer, she also does this grenade into command grab super gimmick which was so hard to deal with hahah
