The Sisters of Mercy That Showed Absolutely No Mercy
VloĆŸit
- Äas pĆidĂĄn 22. 10. 2020
- The Sisters of Mercy organization was founded in 1831 in Ireland and quickly spread to many other locations. The sisters would take in the homeless and offer them a place to stay, but the sisters good intentions eventually turned violent, and the Sisters of Mercy became almost like a prison! Check out these brutal nuns in our new video that exposes the Sisters of Mercy for who they really were!

Two words, Money and church.
"They didn't get away with it, they paid a fee in court"

@michelle devitt don't worry if those nuns are dead they are paying for your grandma's suffering and she is resting in peace that only Heaven can provide
They should have went to jail for life, so the ther crims can take care of them.
I read that the government ended up paying the compensation.
Iâm Irish, and my mom never went to these, but at schools she was taught by nuns. They brutally beat her, even sending her to the hospital multiple times. They humiliated her, and were overall awful.
She is now a teacher, and her students love her. She makes learning fun and engaging, she truly enjoys her job.

The sisters were able to pay off millions of dollars of court fines? That right there should have been grounds for embezzlement and revoking their right to care for the children immedietly.

I was educated by the Sisters of Mercy through high school and the Jesuit priests through University. The Catholic Church certainly has a woeful history, but I am proud of my religion and education. I never had a problem with a nun or a priest. I was a member of the Mercy Corps after Uni, which is a 2 year program where both men and women work in non profit organizations run by the Sisters of Mercy. There are rats in everyone's ship, and I would never defend a scoundrel masquerading as a nun or a priest. As everyone, the Church is growing and evolving, trying to learn from the heinous mistakes made by aforementioned scoundrels.
Also there is no difference in the Roman Catholic Church between a nun and a Religious Sister. This may be different in the Lutheran Church, who has their own program similar to a Catholic nun. Some nuns live in convents, or "monasteries" as they referred to in this video, some share homes or apartments with one or more nuns in the community in which they work. It largely depends on how close the "Motherhouse" is to the nuns workplace. A nun in a Motherhouse is no more or less a nun than one who has an apartment near her work, which they call their ministry, whether they work in a Church, hospital, school, or nonprofit organization. The vows are identical.
Thus was an unfairly biased video. I recognize that this is likely a content farm channel, but if you're going to act as a journalist, try to be an ethical one. The Church has a responsibility to never forget the sins of their past, lest we repeat them. But don't tell of the past in a way that suggests that this is still commonplace. Yes there are still rats on our ship, but they are far fewer, and they were never actually nuns, priests or even Catholics. They are beings drenched in sin who masqueraded as Religious people, and will eventually be punished.

At the end of Army basic one of my drill sergeants asked me which was tougher, Navy or Army basic. My response to him was âI know some nuns back at Holy Angels Academy that could teach all yâall a things or two.â
He laughed but what he may not have realized is that going to Catholic school actually made basic training kind of easy and Iâm dead serious about that, right down to uniform inspections that my mom put me through.
@ Kenyatta Clay: I believe that. I went to Catholic school for 8 years and i believe they were preparing us for Marine Corps Boot Camp. Seriously.
From the last year or so, this channel has literally transformed into a horror channel

Well, the history of the real world is really nothing but one long nightmare so.
This is only one of the problems with the Catholic Church
Iâm surprised that none of these kids organized a mass killings on these nuns. People can take so much abuse, itâll only be a matter of time before they snapped and always do the desperate thing.
