We had a similar experience as a family - our little Bichon died unexpectedly. He was with us for 11 years. Everyone was devastated especially my son. As a mom you’ll be drying tears for a while so hugs to you 🤗
Our home is an L shaped ranch with a kitchen that has a pocket door to close off from the rest of the house so I really have freedom in what scent I want for each room as it doesn’t waft into other areas easily. Yes, we’ve been drying some tears lately but I think I may have taken it the hardest lol go figure. I’m a stay at home mom and was with Anna the most so that’s probably why it gutted me so much.
