I love how you laid out the steps building on each other--
daughter (learning how to trust, how to play, how to obey, how to listen)
sister, (how to challenge one another, belong, get along)
wife, (how to be chaste, love well, rightly-ordered, loving in a receiving, blessing way, )
and mother (refuge, place where people can go and be safely loved).
And confidence, trust about receiving--very beautifully put...
That Fr. Richar Rohr quote: "Suffering that is not transformed is transmitted."
And so much more... gives me such hope.

Thank you so much for your message Sr. Miriam. It hurts to let go of the deep sense of unworthiness even when my heart yearns for it. I’ve become increasingly receptive to Christ’s profound love for me, I feel it deeply, especially in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrement. Many things you said reached my soul today.

I went to a spiritual mentor in a devastating part of my life and being opened and aware to get positive input and feedback....and the spiritual mentor sent me on my way after two sessions.
The church where he resided was for more prominent people and I knew that and always thought maybe it could overlooked by him for my needs to learn but no he sent me away.
So....I am happy for you sister Miriam that you received such great love from your spiritual mentor.
I'm going to listen what he told you and hopefully I can apply it to my life

Sister Miriam, you are an inspiration to me and I’m sure to a LOT of people. You have a unique way of touching people’s hearts and filling them with God’s love. You have a genuine love and devotion to Jesus as His bride.
And I would think that a lot of people would say what you said to the Indian priest before your conversion: “I want to have that...” referring to the peace and the serenity that you saw on his face. God bless you, you’re in my prayers.
P.S. Like your mother I also pray for my daughter’s conversion and even for her to be a nun...
If you happen to read my comment please pray for her.

It's tough and definitely something to bring to prayer! Something to pray about is how everything, especially your life and ability to love, is a gift from God out of his love for you. Take comfort in the fact that Jesus has special care for the poor, and you have a unique gift that only you can give. We thank you for being here and watching this video and wish you well!

Sister Miriam Heidland, what an example of holy femininity, the only REAL one and not limited to women Religious and such an example to us men so we strive relentlessly to be REAL men, both women and men submitted to Christ!! Sister Miriam worships the True Holy Trinity and not the unholy trinity of the extreme feminists: Arrogant Pride, Lust For Control and Worship Of Feelings, which has brough such enormous darkness and evil to the world and to the Church. It's the REAL women that the world and the Church need so badly!!

  • @katelijnevanmegen6559

Isn't the gift of femininity the possibility of becoming a mother? And do as our Creator has done?

    • @GIVENInstitute
      @GIVENInstitute  Před rokem

Motherhood (physical and/or spiritual) is certainly a beautiful outpouring of the fullness of feminine identity. And we can see that the journey "to" motherhood and "of" motherhood is not always a smooth one - it's not always complete. We need a constant receiving of God's love as His daughters, and a relationship to allow him to speak into and heal our identities of sister, bride and mother as well. Thank you for being here! We hope you enjoyed Sister Miriam's talk.
