We will discuss the difference when adding new accounts via the "Business View" and "Accountant View" and the differences and restrictions with both and you will learn how and when to switch between the two to get the most capability when adding new accounts to your books.

Do most of your clients just use words for their chart or do they use numbers?

I'd say it's about a 70/30 split, most not using numbers. For all new Chart of Account setups, I forego using numbers and find that that is how the small business chart of account setups are trending. However, for clients that have created their Chart of Accounts a long time ago using numbers, I keep utilizing that system if that is what they prefer.
