Darius is such a beautiful open-minded spirit, he has always been so culturally competent, but it's so great to hear him talk about different bodies and have an interest in aging people -- especially women's medical problems. Blove, you did such an incredible job on him.
@@quietasitskept self-identity and cultural competence are two different things. His identity and his own cultural connection is a natural thing for him to explore, reckon with and re-evaluate, of course he's going to do that, he is YOUNG. My perspective on watching BLove's vids for 5 years now is that Darius has been great about acknowledging when he doesn't know about Asian cultures and languages, trying to be inclusive of people of different faiths, genders, and now has critiques of society in general that are rooted in sociology. He's smart and he's patient and takes his momma with him when she doesn't understand. That's the core of a good character--one of integrity and curiosity. Grown ass adults calling out a teen what they think is a lack of cultural connection to his identity and accusing him of adopting a "valley white girl persona" is truly some whack ass shit. i hope y'all heal.

Hey Bethzny and Darius I love both of you in any videot! I'm now 70 years old and enjoying my best life. I went in surgical menopause at 29 years old because I had a uterine tumor. I went through everything menopause brings on and I refused to take any sort of estrogen because that also contributes to massive weight gain.
I think B is not used to eating meat so now she sees it differently. Cuz back in the day she tore up a plethora of feathers in a 40 piece 😂

I have been following this story too, it's impossible that mother didn't know she was pregnant. All the pictures of her from before and after she has a huge pregnant stomach. Then for the mom to be so shocked she got arrested is beyond me.... that girl killed a full term baby by stuffing him in a bag and putting him in the trash 😢

The protein excuse is annoying. Just tell the truth. Can’t wait to see this incredible muscle transformation after all this meat protein but I’m guessing it will be a big fat transformation. You have to work out to get muscle, protein doesn’t magically turn into muscle.
Girl, you are so right. Menopause is definitely the cause of weight gain. I had a partial hysterectomy three years ago and chy…..,the weight gain, night sweats, and hot flashes ain’t no JOKE!! My mattress be soak and wet every night. I’m so glad to know that I’m not the only one experienced those symptoms. I have to put (disposable chucks) on my mattress and anywhere I sit or lay because if I don’t…everything would be so wet. I don’t know how much more I can take of this mess.

I think alot of the issue with plant based protein too is the processed “plantbased” meats. much more sufficient in my opinion to replace all meat with beans and veggies.
I have endometriosis. I’m 29 but when I was 28 I got a shot of lupron to help with the excruciating pain I was having. Omg the hot flashes and insomnia and back pain was terrible!! But much better than the endometriosis pain fa sho lol. But them hot flashes ain’t no joke. Made me respect what older women go through even more.
