i still love the old berserker predator figures and think they really need to do ultimates of the super predators. i still think were gonna get them and wolf and a predalien as soon as their done with the current group of lost and feral preds.
Yeah I want some Super Predator Ultimates too. I think Berserker might have made my list if he was an updated Ultimate.

This is my new addiction. I got jungle hunter and city hunter, so that's a good start.
I feel like the Yautja in the first 2 Predator films had an exotic (for lack of a better description) kinda asthetic to their look that was lost in the subsequent films. The lost clan from the ending of Predator 2 looked really cool. The closest they got to that look after that was Wolf from requiem.

Have owned City and Jungle Hunters for a while, but recently caught an itch to get more. Glad I found this video, picked up Lasershot and Golden Angel tonight and have ordered Alpha. I appreciate the laid back relaxed style to this video, bravo!
Thanks! Yeah I kind of got burned out on Predators for a little while there but Prey brought me back into it and I got a few of the new Ultimate Lost Tribe figures.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS! Your PREDATOR NECA collection is massive! Agreed there are so many figures and I only have two of them! Oh and I completely agree with your film rankings. Watched PREY twice and love it! It’s nuts though as I still can’t fully picture the predator’s new face. It’s still a blur to me and so is it’s face shield so I’m hoping we get a NECA figure too! It was filmed on the Stoney Nakoda land which is right beside my neighbourhood here in Calgary, Alberta! Another great video, Mr. EvilCheese and Zombee Kat!
Yeah his face under the mask is odd and they show it so quickly that it's hard to picture. But I wish it looked closer to the classic Predators face. I like the new mask as a different style. Not sure how he sees out of it though. Lol
@@mrevilcheese Yeah good to know! The face armour skull looks ok to me and I just assumed that as it takes place in the 1700s’ the predator’s technology, including armour, is not as advanced! What struck me from your review is the serial killer predator who just loves to kill, including it’s own species. Now that’s a movie I hope they make too!!!!!!

Hey man, I've been watching your videos for over a decade at this point, and I just wanted to say that I seriously appreciate your content. Climbed on board for The Walking Dead figures, but even after those figures sadly died (no pun intended) off, I still really love your reviews nonetheless. Glad to see you two are still around, hope y'all the best!

This line holds a special place in my heart for being the first figure line I properly collected and displayed. As much as I treasure this line though, there's always been a slight concern to the QC with them, heck even recent releases I've got have issues with overly tight legs or gummy joints in places like the gauntlets, and so many have legs that over time just give way which to me ruins a lot of the fun since they can't balance properly.
That and the Predator itself just has slight restrictions based on the design with things like the tubes and armor in places that don't translate too well into figure form, it's such an agile creature but I rarely feel like the NECA figures can match up to that in terms of poseability without feeling super fragile in places.
I don't have every figure, I've got maybe just over 30. That Scarface, Serpent Hunter, and Ultimate Bad Blood look awesome. Clan Leader I do have, but honestly mine underwhelmed me a fair bit. The paint was sloppy and he was missing a peg for one of the tentacles which really killed my enjoyment of it since I couldn't tell from looking into the box.
For me my top 10 would be:
10. Fugitive Predator: The movie sucked but I liked the figure for being less busy and there weren't many fragile parts, it just felt like a fun figure to handle more so than a great Predator design.
9. Assassin Predator: Hated it in the film and the whole Super Predator idea, the comics did a much better job with certain Predators being bigger simply due to the environments they were in and the creatures they hunted, but this figure is still an awesome spectacle.
8. Elder: Just a great design. I much prefer the later articulation at the torso and double elbows, but this one is an exception since the character didn't move much anyway.
7. Ultimate Jungle Hunter: Just a solid figure with better articulation than the earlier versions, the tubes on the arm are a bit annoying though.
6. Spiked Tail: Probably the most surprising figure in the line for me, I didn't expect to like it as much as I do.
5. Ultimate City Hunter: The extra weapons just make this one more fun for me than the Jungle Hunter.
4. Ultimate Stalker: This is maybe one of the most fun figures in the line to pose and I always liked their design, plus it was the first one I got after being away from the line for a while.
3. Celtic: I just love the design, heck I've got a prop of the mask, and its one of the more sturdy figures in the line, wish it had more hands though.
2. Ultimate Armored Lost Predator: It just looks awesome, I love the green skin against the dark blue armor, the LED eyes, and the overall style of it is very striking.
1. Alpha Predator: I'm still not 100% on if I have a true favorite, but this one is so unique and I love the concept behind it, even if mine's legs recently got overly loose.
Those are great picks and the reasonings too. Ultimate Stalker was another I didn't get because I have the first version. I wish I could just exchange em! Lol. The Assassin Predator's design I like but I don't like his size. I wish they'd make a smaller character with that design as some repainted original character.
I know what you mean about the figures being fragile. Some of the designs like the wrist blades and the joint of the plasma caster are so small, that there's not a whole lot NECA can do with that to make it better. Maybe more flexible plastic but that comes with issues too But yeah, so many of my Predators have loose leg joints. And 2 of the translucent ones' legs broke off. And the tubes on the ones that use the Jungle Hunters armor often break on mine too. Maybe someday they will fix all this and rerelease them again as Super Duper Ultimate editions. Lol
@@mrevilcheese Very true, a lot of the problems they run into are pretty hard to avoid (wish they'd do something about the legs loosening though) but the fact that we've had over 100 figures that all look pretty great is such an achievement on their part.

My top 3 are masked Wolf predator, Celtic predator, and Grayback from lost tribe. Haven't acquired a Celtic predator to my collection yet.

Mr evilcheese is thinking a normal predator is enough for a human, but that is the point. The super predators are for hunting predators
That would make sense if the movie "Predators" was about Predators hunting other Predators..but it was still about Predators hunting humans. And there were 3 Super Predators this time and still lost to humans.

I will say the figures don't really capture Ahab's face very well. He looks very good in the comics, but the sculpt really misses the mark for me.
Serpent is the most successful xenomorph hunter ever...the mask also is special...it's said he hunted blind and also acted like a xenomorph!
I'm imaging him trying to pop out of someone's chest. Lol

The reason serpent predator has hes mask like that is cause he wants to plend in he even crawls on the walls like they do it make him a better hunter of the xenomorphs
