- The Community this home is in, is in the closeout phase, meaning they will have almost sold all the lots available in the community and that would be it. There are 2 homes that are available but are not yet finish, they both are in 725k range. After those 2 homes are sold, then the model home will be the last to sell, they'll add the driveway and build the garage and that will be it for the community.

Y'all making me want to sell my home in Pennsylvania and move to Texas. But it get so hot 🔥 there.
Really small backyard but I do love the covered porch with the barbecue… that’s nice… but I love the fruit tree and grow from trees in our backyard
so that backyard it’s just not big enough. But other than that I like it.
I also find the upstairs rooms to be extremely small like the Jack and Jill restaurant. I don’t even understand why there isn’t two sinks, and possibly honestly two different showers two different toilets. Those sinks in that restroom for the Jack and Jill is perfect for I have children that are under the age of three and they’re going to stop growing by the time they’re 11.👀😂 like what are you gonna do when your child is 14 and 18 or 14 and 16 and they need more space than a four year old? I just don’t think the floor plan is very inviting. The best parts of this house are literally the backyard and the upstairs game room area.
The master bathroom is very choppy. It doesn’t flow. It’s like the people that were in charge of the layout got confused of where to put things. Because it’s nothing wrong with having two separate sinks but it’s like why is one on this while the other ones longer and all that well it’s just bizarre… it needs to flow and it doesn’t.

You need to change your recoding technique. Take a step back and have a CinemaScope tactic where you don’t zoom into places. This makes for better cinematography, where each area in the house is more visually symmetrical and easy on the eyes
Thank you for the feedback, I have some ideas on how to do the videos differently in the future! I started zooming out on my recent tours, and I will look for ways to improve and get better. :)

The upstairs game room area is nice… I will say no problem I have with his home is from the outside. It looks so polices and it’s like looks like it’s gonna be very spacious on the inside but it’s very box and it’s weird. It like it feels like from the outside the house is 5000 ft.² or 4000 ft.². And then when you’re there touring it… it feels like they’re 6000 ft.² that is being fit in 4000 ft.² he just feels very closed Seems like it should be way more spaces open an aerie and it’s not. And it’s not even like oh well, they have all the oversize furniture…is kind of like the backyard, right? So the backyard it’s nice right like all this covered patio they have the built-in barbecue area some chairs whatever it looks very nice but it’s very small. That’s what the rest of the house is representative of… it appears to be nice on the outside but then when you get them inside your light of this really is very small much like the backyard. Backyard is nice but you get back there and it’s like oh we couldn’t have more than five maybe six people out here at a time otherwise, it feels very close in tax in like the rest of the house… I said the same thing about the pantry. It’s like look at this house it’s like oh wow this is a nice home. It’s large in the pantry is literally smaller than my hallway closet that holes towels.👀😂 it’s like the builders got confused or ran out of space or something.
The pantry is the smallest pantry in America for a house that expensive. It should at least be a walk-in pantry… I stayed in apartments in college. They have pantries that are bigger than that. Just saying

Hi arielle! It's not uncommon to see builders to do a lot of carpeting, that's just simply how the builder decided to present the home. I agree with you, I personally like vinyl flooring on the bedrooms, and upstairs.
