    You don't use Desflurane for shorter cases just because it is less soluble. This is a misnomer. If it's a short case, any gas will do because it hasn't had time to equilibrate outside of the vessel rich group anyway. It makes more sense to use Desflurane for LONGER cases as once it has had time to saturate adipose, it will come out faster when the case is finished. Also, the MAC of N20 is 105, not 150.

    Nitrous is neither NO nor a volatile anaesthetic. It is a gas and it is N2O

    You lost me when you said nitrous oxide is NO.. also, MAC of N2O is 104%, not 150%.

    Bad video. NO is nitric oxide. Nitrous is N2O.
