I’ve used Amla for blood pressure control for almost 8 years. I was taking 2 different blood pressure meds. After my blood pressure normalized, my doctor took me off all pharmaceutical products. Apparently you can just mix two tablespoons into a glass of water and it’s not that bad.
2 tbs in a glass of water you will not be able to consume, it will be too strong. 1 tsp with 8 ozs of warm water
