    I’ve used Amla for blood pressure control for almost 8 years. I was taking 2 different blood pressure meds. After my blood pressure normalized, my doctor took me off all pharmaceutical products. Didn’t know about all the other benefits of Amla, but find this information exciting. I will try using it on my skin and hair. Thank you for sharing.

    I've been using this on my hair for a while now but more recently sprinkling it on my breakfast cereal and I don't think I've felt healthier, I really recommend Amla

    GOOSE BERRIES GROW THRUOUT EUROPE........NOT ONLY IN THE EASTERN COUNTRIES OR INDIA....

    • @helanesteinmuller9279
      @helanesteinmuller9279 Před 3 lety +13

      The term gooseberry is a common name for the fruit of many species. The gooseberries of UK and Europe are an entirely different botanical family and do not have the same properties of the Phyllanthus Emblica which is known as ‘Amla’ or in English, as ‘Indian gooseberries’. The English translation of Amla is descriptive rather than specific. Amla resembles European gooseberries in appearance only and the term ‘Indian Gooseberry’ differentiates it from all other types. Similarly, the Chinese gooseberry (kiwi) is not a relative of the European gooseberry family either, and in Australia, gooseberries are small and golden yellow and belong to the physalis family. Jus sayin’...
