Salaam Shelley looks great MashaAllah. I’m Pathan sister and we are love lamb lol.. little tip on the lamb leg.. ask butcher to leave some fat on it, rub your masala mix on it.. wrap the whole leg in foil a few times.. place straight on the oven rack and put a wide oven dish at the bottom of the oven to catch the juices (and save your oven from a massive clean).. blast the leg for approx 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 mins and then take it down to medium (approx 190) and cook for another 1.5 to 2 hrs… the leg will be succulent and fall off the bone style InshaAllah. But still yours looks great MashaAllah and love your videos. Enjoy 😊
