- Part one of this amazing adventure. We start things off in Cairns before tackling the famous CREB Track on our way north. What a day it was!

Was keen to see this one .. followed both of you on YT for a while. Ten minutes in to this series I’ve decided you need to do another trip together. Btw watching guys hang out in camp or hotel, cooking dinner having a beer etc is always worthy of inclusion! Great stuff guys looking forward to the rest of this trip 🤙🏼

Where’s the “chaos”. Easy ride. I do it every year. Heaps of fun.
Nice one. I rode lions den to daintree through the creb about 15yrs ago on a mountain bike, great memories, the camera doesn’t show how steep and slippery it can be. We walked our bikes through the river at the end, think I’d prefer to be on a moto. Looking forward to the next vid.

You should try doing the Creb before they have graded it. You rode it when it was like a highway
6:00 totally not my Hilux with the bonnet up because I sent it straight through the middle and had water over the windscreen hahahah. Loved the Creb.

Water crossings always make me a bit nervous…but now I feel I worry too much as I never have to be concerned about inserting myself into the food chain….

Rookie question: what riding boots do you use and how do you prevent them filling with water during river crossings?
I have alpine star tech 7s
And the only way you prevent water in them is by keeping them out of water 😂
Our boots were wet for a lot of this trip, just how it is sometimes.
You went too far down on the Daintree to cross. You went into the soft stuff. What's with the croc photo. None there when water is low and water running too fast for crops.

I love my Honda 300 rally.
But I would always take the reliability of a Japanese bike over the power of Ktm especially if your not in the top 15percent of riders
Honestly I used to have a drz there actually surprisingly reliable for a Suzuki but to big and heavy for what the riding I was doing but yeah loved mine

What's with the croc in the profile picture. They're are no crocs along the Creb Track. I know where all the crocs are and pretty much know them by name. There is none there in that area.

You guys take way too much gear for a cape trip. Cyoty loop saddle bag is a low centre of gravity and you can put everything in those. Have done over a hundred trips up there tackling all the harder tracks and some. May town to Laura..... Creb.... Archer point... Elim Bay.....Cape Flattery.... Starke .... Wakooka.... Cape Melville.... Bathurst Head.... Lakefield NP....Running Creek.... Port Stewart to Coan via mountain track.... Iron Range... Frenchman's.... Bremwell Station.... first and second stage Tele Track.....Usher Point.... Jardine River Mouth.... Seisa.... 4 x Bamaga plain wrecks.... Five Beach Run.... The Caves.... The Tip....Wiepa.... Napoon.... Penny-farthing Beach.... Loins Den.... Cape Trib.... Cairns. That is a great trip.
