Man, our first kiss happened on our second date and it was so awkwardly cute! Even thinking about it still makes me smile. I took my boyfriend to a beach for a little picnic. His Bday was happening on the same week, but he didn't want to make a big deal out of it. So we pretended it was just another day. Though, that didn't sit to well with me. So I decided to suprise him with a little gift (which turned into many small gifts). I wrote him a letter, gave him a bracelet and a replica of the One Ring (since he loved lotr) (and I just so happen got the ring at a flea market long ago).Along with a small painting I did which he liked it a lot and my pillow case (before we were long distance thanks to covid). I remember rewriting the letter and just being nervous. And thinking I might have went a little over board. Thankfully he was so touched by the gifts and once he finished reading the letter, he looked back at me and asked nervously "So.... isn't this the part where we kiss....?" I giggled so much and said "Yeah, normally." We ended up trying to figure out how to kiss since neither of us really kissed before. And we ended up making out at the private beach infront of so many old people xD And I made the first move so I got bragging rights >:D
Omg, the first kiss question brought back *soooo many memories*! Since my spouse and I were good friends for (6? 7??) years before getting together romantically, it was so nerve-wracking and awkward. Spouse was all "can I kiss you" and I just panicked, gave spouse a quick peck, pulled away immediately, and then buried my face in a pillow (it also took place on a bed but was totally innocent, lol) or my hands or something for like 2-3 solid minutes afterward. My dog isn't exactly a rescue. We got him off a family with two kids. Loud, young kids. They treated him like a toy, pulling his ears, grabbing him and not letting go. Apparently they even fed him a balloon once! So we adopted them and tried to help him. He's still scared of kids, he was scared of me when we first got him. But now he waits for me to finish doing things in hope that i play with him. I love me dog, and helping a dog from a bad home or poor background, make you feel amazing. The fact that you have helped that little creatures life become better. I completely agree with your point if adopting a rescuse animal. Or just an animal in need.
Yeah I have one dog I rescued and one I didn't. My rescue pup (he's actually really old but he'll always be my puppy) was the dog in the very back of the pound and he was the loudest barker there. I was around years old and I walked immediately to the back, I passed all the other dogs and went right up to him. I remember my mom kind of cautioning me from sticking my hand in his face but as a child I completely ignored her and did it anyway. At first he kind of flinched back before sniffing my hand and then licking it. I sat in front of his giant kennel thing and just pet him, putting my face up against the bars to let his smell and lick my face and stuff. I absolutely fell in love with him right then and there. I don't really remember much about when we were leaving (we had to come back the next day to take him home) all I do remember is being devastated because I thought we wouldn't be getting him. I was very happy when we did take him. Btw he's a mix, we really don't know exactly what different breeds of dogs he is, and I love him even more because of how unique he is. Now for my non-rescue pup. My dad was dating a woman who bread her pomeranian named Sika with her ex-husband's pom (I don't remember his name). Sika had 3 pups, the oldest was a white, brown, and black boy I liked to call chocolate. The next was a fully white girl with a brown-ish nose that I called Snowball, and then the pup I ended up keeping was the runt. She looked just like her sister except her nose was pink and I named her Snowflake. She was like a gift to me, and despite her being a little demon I love her very much.

Some courses have exams whilst others are more coursework based. Traditionally alevels were the thing "smart people" do but thats changing now as at college you specialise in a certain field. At my college you can do things like nursing; child care; performing arts; army cadets etc. Hope this helped
So crazy to hear you guys calling an hour drive a road trip! Anything less than 1-2 days drive isn't a road trip in the US. My first road trip with my family was 3 weeks and 7,000km round trip, and my first road trip with my girlfriend was when we moved from NY to Idaho last summer, it was 5 days and over 3,500km

It’s really funny hearing people in small countries talk about road trips being 4 hours, or an hour on the motorway being a long drive because here in Canada 4 hours is nothing lol my dad will drive over an hour into the city just to have lunch with me and go back home into town afterwards. If it’s only an hour drive it’s not even worth sleeping on a couch instead of going home and getting to sleep in you’re own bed. Whenever we go to Scotland to see the rest of our family (my brother is the first born in Canada of the family over here) it’s so exciting because it feels like anything we want to see, including going into England, Ireland or Wales is so close that we don’t have to compromise anything. But the rest of the family who never left Scotland won’t take a day trip anywhere if it’s more than 45 minutes to an hour away. Those little differences that aren’t really thought about until it’s in your face are always fun lol

Symphony Sonic exactly. This is exactly why a lot of hamsters live terrible lives. I myself was misinformed when I got a gift hamster and felt (or kinda still feel) terrible for giving that poor hamster a year of bad conditions. I really tried from then on, but it was still apparent I was not fit for taking care of a hamster. Considering the hamster was a marathon first place prize, the likelihood of her having a good life was already low, but I wish it wasn’t. I truly loved her, and wish she would have been treated like a proper responsibility rather than a toy, and given to someone who can take good care of her.

Hey, if you do decide to get pets for your children, I don't recommend getting hamsters, since they aren't really suited for young children. They are mostly nocturnal and young children often don't have the patience to leave them alone. Also, please make sure that their cages are big enough, and they have the right care, and don't use hamster balls, since they are often very confusing to be in, hard to properly steer and they don't have good ventilation. In general, don't get animals for children to learn responsibility over, animals are living beings that deserve more than that! If you do decide to get hamsters or other pets when your children are older, adopt them from a rescue and make sure your children are properly informed of their proper care, since hamsters are such a joy to have when kept in appropriate conditions, from someone who has had 4 adopted ones so far, and counting! ❤ I love your channel and I just want to make sure that your pets wouldn't be unknowingly mistreated, since I know you wouldn't do that on purpose!

I love the hamster story 😂 Shaaba I'm the same, I got the weird hamster. He'd been picked on by the others and was separate because he had a big gash down his right hand side and I saw his little face and needed him. He was amazing, but yeah very weird.
My first kiss was at his farewell party. We were by the bookcase and it was super awkward. We’d been best friends for awhile and him leaving was the catalyst for us finally being truthful to each other.
After the 8 year mark it's whole different kind of love 🥰😂

Symphony Sonic exactly. This is exactly why a lot of hamsters live terrible lives. I myself was misinformed when I got a gift hamster and felt (or kinda still feel) terrible for giving that poor hamster a year of bad conditions. I really tried from then on, but it was still apparent I was not fit for taking care of a hamster. Considering the hamster was a marathon first place prize, the likelihood of her having a good life was already low, but I wish it wasn’t. I truly loved her, and wish she would have been treated like a proper responsibility rather than a toy, and given to someone who can take good care of her.
Kids can actually take decent care of pets when they have their parents to help them
I think that an animal's life should never fully be a young child's responsibility or anyone if they haven't been informed about the animal

Hey, if you do decide to get pets for your children, I don't recommend getting hamsters, since they aren't really suited for young children. They are mostly nocturnal and young children often don't have the patience to leave them alone. Also, please make sure that their cages are big enough, and they have the right care, and don't use hamster balls, since they are often very confusing to be in, hard to properly steer and they don't have good ventilation. In general, don't get animals for children to learn responsibility over, animals are living beings that deserve more than that! If you do decide to get hamsters or other pets when your children are older, adopt them from a rescue and make sure your children are properly informed of their proper care, since hamsters are such a joy to have when kept in appropriate conditions, from someone who has had 4 adopted ones so far, and counting! ❤ I love your channel and I just want to make sure that your pets wouldn't be unknowingly mistreated, since I know you wouldn't do that on purpose!
