They are completely different, the arcade teaches some cool tricks you can use pvp but that's about it in what concerns this correlation. Getting all Ur The Best medals requires a lot of patience and grind and it's highly recommended watching a tutorial like this one to know the fastest paths available. In PvP you may need to know what consists of the maps you play in and the guns' tricks.
I remember downloading this when I went to my grandpas house at Japan so i could try to get dev medals before I sleep, good times. so far at 7 dev medals
Try to get better scores which may open them probably due to the total amount of tickets you earned and if you want the basement you need to buy the key in the guys shop.

Like the other players said you have to win enough medals to unlock more arcades, and the one is the basement you have to buy a key for 195 tickets it's the 5th item before the end in the tree of unlockable.
Man, I noticed the possibility instantly, but i tried it like 30 times and it kept getting me killed, thought it was maybe just a bait. I went on to do it the legit way, but just couldn't for the love of god go under 12 seconds. Spent like legit hours, then I tried the door glitch again, and it succeeded first time lol. However, having gotten so good at the level, I knew the legit way was within my arm's reach, and now all relaxed I managed to do it in a couple runs.. felt good!
you should rename with "ur the best" on title as well. the new patch is coming and probably more people will want to see your content. And nice video. help me a lot in a few stages

I DID IT! Every single dev medal. IMO easiest is rebound 101 and hardest was turbo chainsaw (maybe because it was my last one and I choked a lot).
