- Immediately after a request to escort an ambulance) from a hospital in The Hague to a hospital in Rotterdam this officer from Team Verkeer Den Haag responds to this call.
3 officers were already at the hospital (2 motorcycles and 1 by car)
Usually escorting an ambulance takes 3 officers on motorcycles. In this scenario we decided to use the marked Volvo V70 as command-car. The marked VW Touran followed with the family on board. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
i wish we could also have the camera inside the ambulance to see all those
intersection cleared
there is channel called ambuchannel 112 which is basically this but then with ambulances :D
@@MrCow579 thank u
The way a country reacts to an ambulance tells everything about how much respect people in that country have towards others.
This does not happen everyday, but when someone is about to die and he or she does not arrive in time you might see escort operations like this. Every single persons live matters, and that should be the case everywhere.
There is zero respect here you should live here to see lmao
It all starts in Primary School where children are taught about culture of the wider community, outside of their family norms. However lots of families no doubt teach their kids about consideration of others, and what those sirens mean to road users ( *Get outta da waaay!* )
This comment didn't age well considering how the Dutch are handling covid right now
@@alivape Politics and common human decency have absolutely nothing in common.
I am still trying to catch my breath....After 30 years of professional driving, I am still stunned at the skill level of these guys. Thanks for being out there for us.
Police motors here accelerate so fast too considering their size and weight
feelsgoodman Do you have any idea how much horsepower these bikes possess? They’re like sport cars, only difference is the bikes only have to move around 300 kilos, while a sports car would have to move close to two tons of weight. That’s why the bikes are crazily fast.
Yeah i know, but i mean ive also been to Turkey and Germany, and when comparing, Dutch motor bikes always accelerate better
feelsgoodman perhaps they have newer models? Or they just dare driving faster🤷🏼♀️
possible, they drive the best
3:00 Well, the owner of that gas station made some good money there.
Doubt many went to buy something
hahahahaha yeaaah
Sorry but here is free
"How was your day honey?"
"Fucking awesome!"
Yeeees 😂😂😂🖒🖒🖒
Bedankt.
I'm crying just seeing the effort and organisation put into saving someone life
Right, that IS amazing. Wouldn't happen in Germany, they'd use a helicopter.
I was on the brink of tears, such team work and efficiency - to save someones life - beautiful
Relaxing Gaming that happens when you don't live in a good country.
Why did i end up watching every second of this?
because skillz. maybe?
Same here haha, was watching "Worst criminals ever" and ended up watching this entire vid :O
These guys do an amazing job. Sometimes its a job that isn't fully appreciated until you or a family member actually needs their services. Thankfully I live in a country where this is available to all citizens if they are in a critical condition. The people of the Netherlands should feel a collective sense of pride that these bike riders and ambulance drivers go to these lengths to help save lives because as a nation the people have decided it is the right thing to do. I have nothing but admiration for them.
I only thought I'd watch about 5 minutes of this but ended up watching the entire thing haha, all that training you guys must do really made this look easy when I imagine it's quite the opposite!
Respect from England
Same here.
The effort to save someone else lives...
All the respect From Morocco
wish i could see my country like that one day...
maghadish tshufha hakkak gha thenna
After living in the Netherlands for a few years, I can tell you these are real professionals. The first time I saw a person push (not too hard) a policeman during a road rage incident, I thought oh no, here we go. Instead the office talked them all down, and then went on their way. A good result for all. Now I'm back in Texas, so..... well, ya know.
Police in the netherlands is the best, you're right
Well, that was that incident, sadly law enforment, eamt and firefighters (and other services) get attack more frequently.
No idea how I ended up here at 2 am but this was a blast to watch! How fast where you going through those streets? Looks insane.
1:58 the poor ambulance on the other lane #foreveralone :(
I'm impressed by how nice the roads are and how clean it is.
Its 1am, i have exam tomorrow, and im watching this lol.
good luck!
how did your exam go?
Let us find out who the exam was.
I have exam in 20 Minutes and i am watching this😂
Did you pass?
I love the polite "Get the fuck out of the way" hand movements.
thats the measure of a society. every life matters. so impressed
Excellent job. The coordination between each units is perfect.
Awesome to see professionals do their job this well! One thing that might help would be some sign or something on your back saying "ESCORT - Clear this lane!"
Ur so right
I was way more intrigued by the scenery. Netherlands is so beautiful.
Living in a flat country makes it easier to have great infrastructure, haha!
People will look at this type of videos after 10 years and will tell their children: "Kids, this was the peak of European driving culture."
SpyingDutchman europe isn't a country my dear American
@@Ruuhm So what, he never mentioned it
When europe is known as the United Kingdom of the Netherlands
One thing you have to keep in mind with these Dutch escort videos is that the police are specifically trained for this and know the route inside out, just to escort very high need cases. I'm not sure it would be handled better in any other country.
They manage to get a patient from one hospital to the next in no time, for good reason.
A perfect example of a perfect teamwork. I watched it i tears. I cant congradulate you enough guys!
You guys work together like a swiss clockwork. Absolutely amazing!
Awesome job. You seriously have to know what you're doing here and be intimate with the route. I'm glad I saw the ambulance at the end because I didn't believe there was one. Would love to see this from the ambulance's cam... It really shows the skills required for this kind of job. I don't know how good the pay is in The Netherlands but knowing the UK pay for police officers it only increases my respect for the emergency services - thanks guys, whichever country you're in!
well organized and well-executed...however, no matter how good you can be trained if you don't have the ability to think fast and solve problems every single meter of your way, it can be dangerous....Well done guys, great team and effort
Great teamwork by professionals, nice to see.
Public if you see any blues like this coming up behind you "don't brake", simple speed up to get to a space/area that you can move into.
Watching this reminds me of a week I've spend in Rotterdam about 10 ys ago. Visited Delft, Amsterdam and all of Rotterdam. For that entire week I couldn't shake off the impression that the whole country functions like a swiss clockwork: perfect! Holland and the dutch are like THE BENCHMARK for civilization, being civilized, acting civil, whatever you wanna call it. Impressive country, impressive people.
Thank you. :)
Not only excellent traffic police, but also very good drivers.
Wow man I spent 22 minutes thinking "This guy keeps stopping traffic, letting bikes through, then they leave, where the fuck is the ambulance??"
Haha
Look at his mirror. You can see it come right up to him and then he floors it and rips through space and time.
This makes me so emotional (their effort and the value of life) and proud of our Dutch (traffic) police and emergency system in general!
RadicalCentrist-ClassicalLiberal awesome country! 🇳🇱
Such an incredible work, my respect to the guys doing this!
I have to say that this was really well coordinated, good job getting that ambulance to the hospital without incident and as fast as possible.
Good video, close co-ordination carried out in a profesional manner. well done.
Excellent teamwork .Retired NYC paramedic here.
Great teamwork between EMS and Police. Wish we had more like this in Germany, its a rare occurrence we get a escort here haha
But there is a difference in my opinion: The average german motorist is brought up with the idea that in slow moving traffic, you try to make some room for emergency services. Though you will probably have the same problems as well, this already makes a huge difference. Average Dutch motorists don't use their mirrors that well so they miss out on these occasions most of the time.
weeardguy I can not confirm that, especially not on the Autobahn when traffic jams happen after accidents. I'm a Paramedic in Germany and traffic is often horrible to get through
Same Austria! Would be great!
That's why i love the netherlands.., such organization! Respect from germany!
These people are not lightweight. They take their job seriously.
i love organized countries! greetings from germany!
I want give a big salute . from indian ,amazing work and spot .
In Indonesia it is very difficult to escort ambulance because there are still many selfish riders, hopefully many Indonesian people who see this video and can give way of ambulance that will pass me very appreciate your work and team
It's all about traffic education I think. Getting a drivers license in Western Europe is way harder than in Indonesia. (Most) People know how to react in such situations.
MV its all about punishment, you lose your drivers license if you act too stupid and disobeying police might even get you arrested.
Damn!!! People that actually pay attention when they drive, move out of the way and follow commands by officers. Proof that Holland has a better education system and smarter people than the USA.......
So, being compliant to orders is evidence of intelligence and education?
Baa...
@@AndrooUK When associated with moving out of the way or staying put to allow First Re-sponders attempting to get to a hospital to save a persons life, yes, I believe it does show a level of higher intelligence. Perhaps if it were you in the ambulance with a gsw or cardiac arrest you would prefer that all these drivers would ignorantly stay put and block your way??? Drive code in the USA and see the difference..... Intelligence = compassion and concern for your fellow man, oh and voting for whoever runs against trump. 😆😆😆
@@AndrooUK Well done for proving R Vasquez correct!
USA has wider streets and better hospitals.
@@acesul8811 but not better universal health coverage!
I always get goose bumps when I see those videos where a motorcycles escort an ambulance. Such a good work from the drivers. Thank you!
26 km within 30 minutes, what an efficiency ! that will be a dream in China
Netherlands is one off the best in emergency/hospital work whe have 5 hospittals in Amsterdam and not 1000 like china
Quality organization and fast escort! Great job from these people!
I love this and the Netherlands, I just wish I could speak Dutch. What an amazing way to look after injured people and what respect for the Police they have, Amazing work guys.
Respekt to the Netherlands!
Regards from Germany
Seen it in Enschede 👍
Das ist so anders als bei uns. Krass!
So viele Deutsche hier😂😂
This is simply amazing. Would love some English subtitles - cause you tore one of the drivers a new one... Love these - smooth transitions and great team work! I bet the patient was very grateful for everyone involved.
I'm fascinated by this kind of video. I have driven a coach in and around the Netherlands many times...in fact all over Europe.
Your skills are second to none and although I wish people never got sick/ill i'm glad that there are people like you and your team looking after them and the emergency services to enable them to do what is i'm sure an incredibly difficult job.
Take care and know that there are many people who appreciate what you do.
Prachtig! Goed teamwork!
That's amazing TEAMWORK efficiency!
What nice teamwork! The trust in one another is beautiful.
IMDB: 8.3
Fantastic teamwork
This is so brilliant ... wish we had this in germany too
Thanks, during the G20 there where a lot of europe motorcops who where intrested in the why we handle.this including the Germans.
@@TeamVerkeerDH I´d love to join you but unfortunately i dont speak dutch and im not the police :D
That was awesome and the team work between them made it even better
Did we just witness a Dutch police office swear lol, great work as always, well done.
He just politely suggested to check the rear view mirror a bit better 😉
Incredible organization and team work. Good job guys! (I would like it to look like this in every country.)
I admired the lane discipline of the regular public. Cop bikers had great teamwork.
Why, I do not know, but I fell asleep to this last night. The sound... of sirens. It made me fall asleep when I wasn’t tired. Heh. The power of Team Verkeer.
That has got to be one of the longest ambulance runs I've ever seen.
RC Smith the ambulance was on it’s way to a Medical Center. Not just a hospital
unbelievable team working !!! good job !!!
Now this is how you escort emergency services. This is some serious coordination.
I wish law enforcement and ambulances had this kind of coordination here in America. The passion and/or compassion of this country is fading bad or is already lost.
Americans donate a lot of money to charities.
It's harder to coordinate different entities when the USA is so vast, and the different governance by states. It's easy in Europe where each country is the size of a small USA state.
Life Talk - Upper Midwest you don't need this, ambulances there cost a fortune, and almost no one uses them.
The thing is in the netherlands they have forced health insurance because of this its possible
I'm so addicted to these videos 👌, I must have seen that many now , I'm starting to regonise the roads and streets .
Impressive efficiency. Big respect to the police and ambulance drivers.
This shows how life is precious and minutes matters. amazing job from netherland
*Meer! Meer!*
god bless you all. i live in turkey and our people don't know how to give way to ambulance. so sad...
Dude, you have a really loud whistle.
It's the Fox40 Whistle.
Excellent driving guys, good video to watch. It is easy to forget that the police, ambulance-men (and firemen) do such amazing things! Proud to be Dutch!
Why do I get adrenaline pumping seeing this type of video?
It took me about... 22 minutes to be able to breath again. I don't know why, but I'm soo excited to watch this. Amazing job! Thank you so much for recording!!! :-D
Man I miss the ambuchannel.
Finally a motorvloger disguise as a police
This is freaking awesome.
Fantastic operation, so much envy from New York City.
Man, this ambulance escort is well organized and executed. In my country, an ambulance escort would be carried out with only one police on a bike, but that's quite an issue since they would often get stuck in unexpected traffic. As a result, most bikers in my country would often follow an ambulance and clear the roads until they arrived.
It's also about the other drivers actually paying attention and respecting the job that police and other emergency services do so they move over ASAP. That's not the case in a lot of places around the world, people are way more concerned with getting to work on time, getting home on time etc. because they're far too selfish.
You see similar nice videos from other parts of Europe as well, people really seem to have more respect for emergency services and the jobs that they do.
im curious how you even get a job like this
rodney100100 Just be a cop apply for motorcop and then apply for vtb license (technical traffic escort)
9:28 „Mama look, no hands“
I love that kind of teamwork
Applause Applause Applause All the respect ....Thank you for caring , thank you for your excellent and terrific escorting..
Bravoooooooooooooo
Great teamwork! We are all proud of the work you do.
Excellent police work
Are you used to feel the rush of adrenaline when escorting an ambulance, or does it feel a bit weird when you drive as fast as possible?
Mijn respect.
Man these guys are good .. a huge well done and a big thankyou!
Nice! Great job! I hope that in the next 50-100 years will have something like this in Romania...
This is amazing. So pleasure to watch. Drivers reactions... Just wow. 👏
Mooi vak!
Been watching for years First
time I have heard a BEEP
This is so... satisfying to watch! XD
ITS JUST TOO GOOD TEAM WORK!
Damn this is awesome to watch, it's caring for those around us, it may be a job but I feel the compassion is there.
