That thing is awesome lol. I appreciate you being honest about the not so cool stuff about it, still has huge potential though! I've put it on my "one day I will own that" list.
I feel like kicks should be on the right pedal, with snares etc on the left.
Was the first thing I noticed too, old drummer and all heh. But yeah, was actually going to ask if that is an option you can switch around. (-or you could just get a longer cord for the extra pedal and put it over on the left and deal with the box itself with your right foot) Which I presume would also maybe fix the "error foot" he talked about with big shoes on, because then you can put the whole box further to the right to adjust your foot range as you tap
@@MikeFredensborg If your patch cable is long enough, you can put the second pedal on the left but the control would just be on the right even though the snare pedal is on the left.
Just use a longer cable abs have the pedal on the other side

I got this pedal and it sounds great, but does take some practice to get the timing right....
My request is to allow for using a memory stick to save loops to an external stick.
That would be awesome for live play....good video on how it works!

I play electric bass while sitting on a miked cajon with a kick pedal so I use non-kick fx, with my left foot. Some songs, I have occasion to only play cajon so I use both Ortega pedals. Works well once you get used to it. I agree the sounds on the banks should be the other way around if you have both Ortega pedals.
