It's not that unlikely even when someone knows the matchup they might try to interrupt you and attack too late so you can get the CH that way and why you see a lot of Paul players do this in matches and sometimes even delay it all the way to fish for the CH.

Personally Paul and all dlcs need a huge damage nerf but keep the frames

Paul = damage. It's literally the characters bio. If you nerf his damage, he's bottem 5. No good pokes, no good 50/50. Cause one backdash away and his demo doesn't work. No good quick lows, its all behind a ss or qs. Only thing he will have is range and a few good counters. Nah, not gonna happen

I'd say Paul is okay to understand. What is hard with him is to stay patient since his moves are very commital and can't really rushdown. Also, he required a lot of executions so be prepared
