- This morning I am teaching everyone how I cook my geese eggs.
A lot of people tend to not like them very much because when overcooked the whites can get a weird rubbery texture. Join me for breakfast and learn lots of great tips to be able to finally have the perfect fully cooked whites and runny yolk egg!
If you have kids or grandkids, get them involved! Kids LOVE them! They will have a blast pretending it is a giant, dinosaur egg and they can help to crack it open without much of a mess since they can really give it a whack!
Also, stay tuned for a future video where I have asked my daughter to talk about different varieties of eggs and their qualities on a nutrition standpoint. Most of you who have been watching already know she is a nutritionist, personal trainer, and weight loss specialist.

When I kept geese I sometimes had one soft-boiled with toasted soldiers. Yum! Actually I love goose eggs any way, but I never worked out how to scramble them satisfactorily.
I noticed your maran egg has a meat spot. Is that common for marans? Ours marans have them more often then they don’t. I am so excited to see how many and if our geese will be females. We just got some African and Toulouse chicks. The eggs look delicious!
