That’s Tiny Diamond. The one with the goggles name is John Dory. the one with the crazy green hair is Clay and the one with the pink and white hair is Floyd. They are Branch’s older brothers he haves one more named Bruce/Spruce. Also, the little one with the golden hair is named Viva. She is Poppy‘s older sister.
