As an Indian I would not say to equally hate to these harsh reality, but I would say we need to consider these things. We have to work on these things for an improvement
India is in developing phase and it has both sides modern and old. But inko yahi dikhani hain :) Few cities are actually very clean and have good infrastructure like Kota, Udaipur, Indore and south India states. Dekhna aane wale 10-15 saalo me India bahut improve ho jayega agar ham ese hi progress karte rahe.

all these are developing countries but first 3 are pretty different than latter 3. in latter 3 you will find it very much safe, even safe for female solo traveller which they aren't safe in india, ban or pak. there people are more welcoming, friendly and humble but they will not always come to irritate you or take selfies or come in ur personal space. people are more hygenic and many other stuff. So, your argument is wrong. All those 6 are developing countries but first 3 are vey different from other 3.
