The rx 580 is definitely underperforming abit I ve seen it perform way better irl Dont get me wrong the 1660 is still better overall unless u find the 580 for a good price But yea it seems to be underperforming in the video It should be slightly better than the gtx 1060 in some games but here it performs like a 1650/970 Wich is defenately abit low It may not really be the whole bias thing what I'm guessing happened is that you are using different recording software for each card and the one for the 580 is less efficient possibly because the card is like 10 years old now But still not a good comparison video
The only one that seems to be accurate is cod warzone But they both seem to be performing Abit too well actually But yea warzone gets fixed and broken every few weeks so its kinda difficult to tell
