I truly appreciate someone bringing attention to this matter. The government of Ghana should not allow Sucasa to continue to market to the public. They have a fiduciary duty to protect the public from scammers. I lost a considerable amount of money with this unethical company. Leadership is at best Demonic in their practice. They are so unprofessional and they continue to lie and say that Phase 1 is complete when it is NOT. Sucasa have taken investors money and have not managed it well. Rather than using the money to build the houses, they were using it for advertisements, office rentals, grand cars and some money was stolen internally by staff. Their staff turnover is CRAZY as they employ based on who they can pay cheap rather than hiring based on their expertise. Even their builders are not qualified which is why phase 1 has so many problems, e.g. leakages all over the houses.

When it’s too good to be true, it is probably not true. I knew right away when they started selling in East Legon hills at the price of the homes they were selling, I knew it was a scam. I have my home in East Legon hills and the price of 1 plot of land is $90,000. So they selling the houses at that price point, was just unreal. They are probably bankrupt and it’s sad because the CEO is from the diaspora. All I see is a lot of these diasporas come to Ghana with the intent of going into real estate business and they have no money. They try to collect money from diasporas knowing they are the ones who can pay and promise them town homes , studio and one bedroom apartment and they are not able to complete within the time line. Same thing happened with Rehoboth homes in Kwabenya. People please buy your own land and build your homes at your own pace and time. Send them to court and collect your money if you can. This is clearly a case of cost evaluation. At the time of the evaluation it was cost effective for the Company to complete the project but like you said after COVID the cost of everything went up, the mistake Sucasa made was they should have immediately cancelled the project and reimburse investors and cut their losses but rather tried to control a situation that cannot be controlled because the whole world went under price evaluation due to COVID
So clearly, in 2024 this will be labelled a Scam because the Company could not deliver and also has not refunded investors

That assurance put all of us at ease. So what blows my mind now is if you had all this material already purchased then why aren't the buildings up by now? Can someone please enlighten me. I noticed the video made no mention of an ongoing investigation or report or lawsuit. Why has there been no such action against the company by you or any of their many clients? Because personally, if I’ve been scammed my first instinct won’t be “make a CZcams video” it would be to file a report with the authorities so if indeed you’ve been taken for a ride, and I’m not saying you haven’t, I’m just trying to understand why the person in the video and all the comments aren’t saying anything about having having reported the company or even taken legal action against them…. As a bystander, it makes this feel suspicious like this is probably a group of people that have nothing to do with the company trying to tarnish their image.
Just seeking clarity here, no offense

My husband and I are from the states and having issues with Sucasa Property. My Family and I started this process back in May 2023 with a sense of joy running through our spirit. Our contract stated 16 weeks to complete , has now turned to 2 years.
As parents our responsibility was to provide Sucasa with agreed upon payment to complete our home. We trusted all parties to meet their responsibility and follow up on details agreed upon within the contract. I am disappointed with the effort and commitment thus far. We have requested a refund of 90,000 USD on January 3,2024 and still have not received a refund per the LEGAL BINDING Contract .This situation with Sucasa has been disheartening for us as a family and we no longer have a desire to move to Ghana . Sucasa has no integrity, no honesty and all they do is lie and mislead clients. Sucasa doesn’t abide by their own contract. Please do not be fooled by this company. Best regards Lorena Mullen

What exactly does him and his so called group that he is representing aim to achieve by making this video? That no one should buy from SuCasa and that their money that is already with SuCasa they don’t want it again or what exactly? because the best case scenario for the video they put out is that no one buys from SuCasa which also means they won’t get their refunds because as SuCasa has communicated with clients, refunds can only happen when they sell the unit you are saying you no longer want. So if you’re here telling people not to buy are you a sensible human being?

This video of a fact telling the SiCasa has lied for over 3 years while scamming people for money with no end in sight and bringing awareness so others don’t fall into the same plight. Refunds requests have been denied.

They are NOT giving refunds. It’s been over 3 years of lies and it’s exhausting. Sucasa needs to be honest for just one day.
The purpose is to shed light on the truth. If many of us had known about these scams, we never would have spent our hard earned cash for nothing in return. It’s daylight robbery in essence.
