- Concrete cylinders looks like the cheaper option in the beginning, but we've found that almost always, customers end up having to get their houses repaired a second (or even third) time after they went with concrete cylinders. A lot of times, these homeowners are having to come out of pocket again due to warranty issues.
Steel piers are more costly upfront, but save you money and headache in the long run.
Great informative video! Thank you 😊
Thank you so much!!
Had Stonehouse repair my mother’s home couple of weeks ago. They were great to say the least! I will always refer Stonehouse to my friends and family.
Hey Manuel, we are glad we were able to help! Thank you for the opportunity!
Carl your video was very informative and well explained on the different types of technics, I was in the process of buying a home that had prior foundation problems. This video has helped me understand what questions to ask, I've also learned that it's a good idea to perform a post static test on the plumbing before and after the leveling of the house. This way any problems that might have occurred when the house shifted the plumbing can be addressed beforehand, otherwise you might have to do the work twice.....A+++ on your video
Lots of value right there! Great video
