- This is a comparison video of cars by their produced quantity. From the most mass produced to the rarest cars in the world.
Cars are produced in different quantities. Some are mass-produced in large quantities, and some in single units. The rarest cars, respectively, are valued much more.
In this probability comparison you can see cars such as Volkswagen Beetle, Honda Civic, Bmw M3, Lamborghini Huracan, Subaru SVX, Pagani Huayra, Ferrari J50 and many others.

Yes but they considered the whole nameplate in the article. It consists of several generations: a Mk 1 Corolla isn't the same car as one built in 2022. The Beetle for example remained pretty much the same for 50+years.
@@lionelhutz4186 I agree, Toyota wins for most sales of a model name, but every few years an older Corolla would look nothing like the latest model and barely a part would be interchangeable. At least with the Beetle the design changes were subtle and the engine barely changed.

Correction at 1:25: only around 11,578 R34 GT-Rs were produced. Yes they had multiple trim levels on the R34 chassis number, (GTT, 4-door, etc) but the total number of BNR34s produced was around 11,578. Check out gtr-registry for more information

and they only made 1000 so that kind of explains why its priced at 1.4-2mil even though thats alot compared to how much of it is made
1:22 the stat about the r34 is incorrect, in total 64,000 r34’s were produced but only 12,000 were actually GTR’s where as the r32 there was 200,000 plus produced but only 43,000 were gtrs.

@@miniman400 Yeah, I live in New Zealand where Nissan sold all the Skyline and GT-Rs and I can confirm, there are a lot of Skylines but not as many GT-Rs. Seen about 19 R34s 10 of them being Sedans and 2 of them being GT-Rs.

Ironically enough, the coda ev was produced less than the jesko, only about 113 units, yet it sold for about 30k
I'm seeing a pattern here, there all mostly European cars. Some us cars like the Mustang GT are incredible but the French seem to have the most sold.

And this brings us to the question "How much is one type of car?" The beetle went through various phases too, but is counted as one, whereas the Golf generations are counted separately in this list.
Yeah, but the chassis were always the same, the body had suffered only minor changes and kept its overall dimensions, and the engine was always the air cooled boxer 4, only changing cylinder capacity. The golf for instance had completely different chassis, bodies and engines

I really respect Honda's effort to produce NSX NA1 in 15 years ( 1990 - 2005 ). Most of total around 18,000 units are produced in 1990 and 1991. But they never gave up and continued to update. I'm very sorry for easy giving up of 2nd gen. NSX production. Honda doesn't have passion to create super sport car any more.

Oooo, my little car could slot in right behind the delorian and before the zr1, Suzuki to my knowledge only ever sold about 7000 x90s. I kinda knew the x90 wasn't gonna be in here just because of how obscure they are.

This is just a list of forceman's favorite cars, they are so many cars that can be fit into positions that are better suited for them; easiest to point out Toyota corolla.

i dont believe the shelby cobras production was so limited, here in south africa there is a workshop for them and they receive about 2 customers a day

Instead of the Lamborghini Egoista which is not road certified and will not be for sale, you shoud've mention Bugatti “La Voiture Noire” which is fully functional and sold for $18 Million which makes it the most expensive new car ever.
Nice list, but the stats are misleading. Some cars are grouped together with every variation included in the numbers, yet other mass produced cars are only numbered as a particular variation, like the Subaru STI.
