So it’s thoroughly cobbled together but oddly entertaining. Keep it up. Sort of a Vice grip garage ish sort of thing.
Grease your parts and it will hold them still. Keep up the cheap projects, many of use have loads of stuff and looking for some fresh ideas

Only thing I would consider is a fuel tank on one side vs the other. Could go with 2 smaller tanks and find a way to equalize both tanks to keep the rear ballast even side to side. Then front to rear weight wouldn't be an issue whether you have 1 or 2 people in it.
That would be nice but… AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT! Lol maybe on the next jet boat.
