    Legalists are the Modern Pharisees.
They tie up heavy burdens, hard to bear, and lay them on people 's shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to move them with their finger.Matthew 23:4,
I got reminded of this while listening to the podcast.

Bro I enjoyed your conversation. I think you might have heard the slogan, ‘If you preach grace well, you will at times sound Antinomian’? I think you know how legalism and antinomianism that had troubled Martin Luther and John Agricola and Calvin in Geneva with the so-called Libertines. I think you agree with me that legalism says “Law” which consists of rules, regulations, traditional rituals or it rests on 'do's' and 'don't's and on the other hand antinomianism which says “No Law.” devoid of all moral standards(Ten Commandments) is required to live a Christian life. Taking a clue from Steve Furtick that ‘God broke the Law for love’ which means God broke the Law because it was a stupid set of rules.
I don't know about your biblical and theological convictions on the subject ANTINOMIANISM .
Just one request I want to enjoy your conversation on the subject if Legalism is Christianity's Biggest Threat than what about 'ANTINOMIANISM' is blessing or a curse to Christianity???
Mal 3:16 "Then those who feared the LORD spoke with one another. The LORD paid attention and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written before him of those who feared the LORD and esteemed his name".

It is not about impressing but we have to pay a price to follow christ. Following christ is costly. Luke 14: 28 -30 Loving Christ the most, taking up the cross and giving up everything. So all this is involved in Bulinding a tower so that it rises for the glory of God.

True. But that should come from personal convictions. If the Bible does not explicitly talks about it and personal convictions are made into doctrines and preached, that becomes a problem.
