That was actually a single they put out for Sub Pop in 1998 - the “Building Nothing Out of Something” album was assembled from a bunch of side releases (eg singles released for other labels, like Sub Pop, Suicide Squeeze, K, etc.) and obscure EPs (the Interstate 8)… and a track (Baby Blue Sedan) that was only on the LP for Lonesome Crowded West.
