SUPER COOL OTIS Traction Elevators-ifc Mall-Hong Kong

These are some nice elevators! This is the mall for the International Financial Center which is the tallest building in Hong Kong. These go underground five floors and they're almost full glass except for the walls. I love the glass part on the ceiling. The chimes are pretty cool. What I don't like tho is how the doors don't start closing until it's done with announcements and when it does it beeps. But aside from that, these are a must ride in HK for me!

Fyi, International Finance Centre 2 is now the second tallest building in HK. The tallest one now is the International Commerce Centre (ICC, completed in 2009) which has the first Schindler PORT installation in the world.

THEY BEEP LIKE MITSUBISHI BUT THE BEEP IS ANNOYING THINKING THAT THE ELEVATOR HAS GONE INTO NUDGE MODE
