He did unlock password with Plc 224 but the version is 01.21 and the software can read password direct easily, But actually most PLC s7 200 has a version of 2.1 or higher so we can't use software to read password by the way in this video. just a video for newbie guy :))

As i said this method works for low firmware version of PLC s7 200, so you can find this free soft on most forum of PLC, unfortunately most s7 200 has higher firmware now so this method is just a shit
