The McLaren F1 is probably the perfect concept for a supercar / hypercar, but I'd take an XJ220 over any of these (because I love it) ;)
Personally I'd take the Lambo over everything else, simply because it's overdesigned as fuck and I love that.

+X8X8X8X8X8X8X8X8X8X I was the driver of that veyron nd I'm rather good on defending, Sure the porsche was almost every corner pulling it's nose beside me, but soon as the straight opened up it had no chance to catch me. The thing is thet the veyron was blocking the optimal line most of the time, and it was very slow on it. but as soon as I could open the throttle, there was almost instantly 20 feet rapidly growing gap between the cars.
I would take the TVR Cerbera Speed Twelve because it is the most insane

It's also 1750kg so it's quite heavy and it has only 650hp when the hybrid dies

The One:1 has a nearly 20 gallon tank so it's not exactly the smallest, but I think it makes max power on E85 and race fuel, so that might be why it ran out so quickly.

I would've liked to see the Agera in the list as well, perhaps in place of the old McLaren.
+TheOnlyJobe2413 Base agera isn't really comparable though, it would be a Agera R or Agera RS then, base agera is barelly better than Veyron 16.4. I dont even think Agera would beat F1 GT, it's so much worse on track and i dont think it would be able to pick up enought points to beat anything in the drag.

Nice showdown. I would like to see this again but this time all of the cars featured (minus the Caparo) will be tuned to the top of their respectable classes, whether some cars have to reach R class or above. There might be some imbalanced stats with certain cars having unfair upgrades etc but would be interested on how different the results will be.
I'm a McLaren F1 fanboy, so I loved this. I wonder what would happen if they were all upgraded to match PIs. Also, top speed would have been cool to see.

I love how the LaFerrari, P1 and 918 all got 1:09 on the Top Gear track, but I was kind of surprised to see the Veneno so low down in the races (I may have just been hopeful it was as fast as it looks). Also, what do you think of doing a version of this, but with specifically track day cars instead? Like the Sesto Elemento, FXX-K, Zonda R, etc.

Ike not many people know this but the venom has the same power to weight ratio as the 1 to 1. 1241 hp and 1241 kg but the 1:1 has a lot of aero which holds it back top speed wise

Yeah, I was thinking along the same lines. Like an s-class supercar shootout, classic muscle car, hot hatch, etc. See what car is best in many different categories. Superfast down to average, or even slow.

You can be an "insert something you can love" enthusiast without owning said thing. You can objectively look at things and weigh them without ever being able to afford them. There isn't even anything crazy about the Veyron, they built a car that can go crazy fast in a straight line but god forbid there is a turn in the road. It became a icon of our times for people like you, who fell in love with the fact that it was so expensive and so fast and idiot rappers wanted them. Had the Veyron never been made manufacturers like McLaren and Ferrari and Koenigsegg would still make super beautiful and just as performance driven cars as they do now. The Veyron was an experiment that proved that fast cars can go fast, nothing more, nothing less. I do not see why it took off in popularity among people. Again, I cannot be jealous of something I will never, nor want, to attain. Maybe you missed that the first time I said it, but people like you seem to miss a lot.
