Coriander is a very favorite spice for family meals. It is very easy to grow, make use of styrofoam boxes, you just need to plant the coriander seeds in a plastic cup, put them in a styrofoam box filled with water. After 7 days coriander seeds have started to take root, you change the old water and add a little hydroponic solution to the plant to have nutrients. After 20 days you can harvest coriander for your family's meal. Let's grow it at home, good luck.

Good idea, but dragging too long on cutting so many boxes and cups, showing one will be enough
@@ABCDEFGH637 - I just fast forwarded through that ;)

Just a suggestion: you don't have to show every repetitive step like cutting every circle, filling up all the cups etc. Just show each step once or twice then go on to the next step... editing will make your site much better cuz you do have good ideas.
Excellent' can we make our own home hydroponic solution and can we have the recipe please? Thank you so much.
Luckily she didn’t have 76 containers, otherwise we will be here watching this whole night!
Yes that's good.
@@sandyjeyakumar5240 hahaha.
Think there's a certain video length before it can be monetized. Hence the repeatative holes in boxes and cups to extend it lol
Thank you for the step-by-step process. Sometimes people don't always get it the first go-round and have to keep rewinding, but now they won't have to. Keep doing what you do. Take all comments with a grain of salt, but don't let it define what you want your channel to be. Keep up the good work.
Thank you for showing people how to recycle styrofoam containers for growing herbs,(and other plants as well)! I've used styrofoam cups to plant seeds in and then placed the cups directly into the earth; styrofoam breaks down more readily in the earth than other plastics. I believe that Perlite is made from styrofoam; It is used to lighten and airreate the soil. I've also used Cardboard egg cartons to plant seeds in. They disinagrate in the earth. Even though I'm 70 years old, in a wheelchair and my 69 year old husband is crippled, (but still walking), we are now Inspired to do container gardening again when we are able to move to a wheelchair accessible apartment with a sunny patio!
Egg containers seem to be sensible offer..Will try I out styrofoam not happy
Perlite is not made from Styrofoam. I believe it is made from expanded volcanic glass heated to 1000 degrees Celsius. It is often confused with Styrofoam because Styrofoam has been used in potting mixes previously but not so much now. Perlite on the other hand continues to be used in potting and propagation mixes.
Ok
@@phillipmckenzie2368 Thank you. I'd forgotten that about perlite. Doesn't styrofoam breakdown more easily than other plastics, though?
Nice video. From 0:55 to 2:30 you showed how to make holes in 3-4 boxes,..thank God you didn't show how those white boxes are made in a factory 😋
Hahaaaha
Thank you, again, for your beautiful, helpful ideas. I sincerely hope you continue with your amazing videos and that you will make some with ways for people in wheelchairs to garden. The art of gardening you display is so good for people's physical, mental and spiritual health!!!
My husband before he passed built me all along my porch, flower boxes that I could plant while in a wheel chair. My spirit would die without growing my flowers and. Container garden. Perhaps start with 1 or 2 and another the next yr.,etc.
I fully agree it saves time and data. God bless
Ingenious, particularly for those that don’t have a garden to plant in. Especially useful for hothouse perhaps. If you used sturdier materials they could be used multiple times to accommodate the sustainability minded individuals. Bravo….
No reply to my request for adress for purchasing styro boxes.
Growing herbs in a recycled container like this is a great idea and very practical. Thank you for sharing

My friends do you know styrofoam materials are health hazardous for growing in the containers which not advisable

Best video I have ever seen on hydroponics. You have inspired me to go for this. God Bless you, keep sending such videos.

I will try this when I order more seeds, I have no luck growing cilantro; and we eat it all the time! wish me luck🌱💚
Thank you for the precision of the details.
You really don't have to show preparing every individual styrofoam container after the first example, ditto for putting holes in cups, and prepping them. We're smart enough to get the idea. That said, I plan to use your example and try it as I love fresh coriander, but will use reusable food saver containers.
Just like when they have to peel every potato chip all the onions etc

Hi, Since you ask for comments. While it may be regarded as a good idea, I think this is not environmentally friendly. We have to move away from plastic, polystyrene etc. You might be able to solve the prob by using clay pots for example.😊
But what if you already have it in your garden stuff? I have plastics i use over and over for years? Instead of throwing away.
Yes, our local fish and chip shop have just moved away from polystyrene, (hate the stuff) but was thinking that they could have been re used instead of brand new being used. Great idea though.
Exactly my point. Why not use Mother nature gift and use earthen pots instead. Using plastic would only add more poison to our plates
repurposing plastic is good. manufacture is bad. this is repurposing
Aloha hugs 🤗 storage of Nuclear Waste in old Salt Mines causing the Earth core to heat up glacier would melt Oceans 14feet higher I read in a Drivers Magazine 48 year's ago
Also each Volcanic eruption puts as Much as rotten stuff in the Air as much as a city in one Year If ots not throw away like Chuck it out the door anyway Its sad about the coolers all the insulation in The fishing industries but Your going after the Farmer that is recycling

Very nice idea 💡
Thanks for important sharing 🙏
Thank for the method, GOD BLESS YOU 'll
Good idea. But I think you should consider to use eco friendly materials and avoid the use of single use plastics. There are so many options available to avoid using those materials, and it will send a better masaje for DYS mini garden that cares 🌎🌱
me encantaría tener mi propia planta de cilantro 😋
Excelente. Idea d plantar semillas. FELICITACIOES
Me gustó mucho el curtibo ❤️
Muito bom Show de bola!!!
If you have space to put the styrofoam containers, access to water and light, what is the necessity of all these fuss? Simply put little soil, sprinkle seeds and do regular watering for 15 days.
I LOVE your idea, Thank you!
Thank you sir.... I wl try this easy method... Stay blessed... From Pakistan
