I am SO GRATEFUL to have discovered these interviews. THANK YOU for making and sharing them via CZcams. I was diagnosed with an unusual and somewhat obscure condition about 18 months ago. Not one of the many doctors with whom I have interacted has been willing/able to speak about nutrition with me beyond "eat a Mediterranean diet" and also "eat blueberries" (which I learned in your previous video need to be organic if possible because berries tend to absorb pesticides/herbicides...) It is extremely refreshing and reassuring to hear Dr. Abrams' words - which appear to be the distillation of years and years of study and research and practice. I also like your reminder/summary that moderation in all things is usually a wise principle to honor... Now I am going to watch your most recent video!!!

Cannabis psycoactive compound has great value for millions of patients. Chronic pain for ten years.opioid and cannabis use. Opioid with antidepreseant in a pill gets me speeding to pain relief. and cannabis brings me back down to a funtional place. Phycoactive cannabis gives me a couple hours of relief with much less pain, nausea, and a stimulous for eating as opioid creates less desire to eat. Yes i need sleep, i am on a four hour rotation because and for medicine, food, sleep, and productivity. Ten years and counting...blessings...m
