@@Strawberryblonde-qh8ue thank you, but I'm not sure Mae will be as powerful live with tough choreography tbh. It's a fun song, catchy, but not as strong as many other entries. I am not a big Sweden, Israel or Finland fan either, the songs don't grab me personally. Estonia, Latvia, Serbia, Greece are better than the support so far. It's a fascinating year.
The difference between the dutch crowd and german crowd with a band like Lord of the Lost is night and day. I generally will travel the extra hour to go see bands in DE over the NL. The energy of the crowd is alive while it just seems bored and sleepy in the NL (aside from the first 2-3 rows which are usually the die hard fans).
You are right about that, the first few rows are usually the people that waited in front of the venue for ours just to get that spot. I have done that on multplie occasions. The energy of the crowd mostly depends on the band as well. For some reason the smaller bands always have the best crowd energy.
