My heart goes out to the families at this time of deep grief
We desperately need more Love for our fellow man in this present age, we need to stop all these Wars, so many innocent all over the world being killed..somehow we just have to make it stop

Its with a heavy heart that i bring this version of "Imagine to you" we really need to give "peace a chance" and find a way to end war.
War just seems to bring more and more misery and suffering for everyone.
I hope you enjoy my version of "Imagine" if enough people imagine maybe we can make it happen

Wonderful....but so sad Cover. There is evil in the world....but there are so many good people also. We have to keep hope for a better world. There is nothing worse that terrorist attack...you don't see the ennemy, and it's always against innocents.

Oh Stuart, this was just beautiful and sang beautifully from your heart. It really pains me to no end what is happening in our world today. A very nice vocal performance, does justice to the original. You sang to a backing track? Really nice. It is amazing, and sad, that this song remains relevant year after year.

Thank you for your commenting im glad you enjoyed my singing as you are quite right it was a backing track..which Iused for two reason, the first being i don't play the piano and this track sounds better on piano than guitar and secondly i wanted to respond quickly to what happened in London and it generally takes me considerably longer to get a track together..i thought this the best way forward.

I think this song is probably more relevant today than when it was written. Enjoyed your singing and I also think it sounds better on piano, now I'm going to see whether you've covered Status Quo or AC/DC.

in the beginning (1 second) it almost sounded like fool on the hill (I am not sure)
I remember last December in Berlin I was only hours before where the hate crime took place. They still mentione the name of this bastard in the media and give him "fame" he did not deserve. I guess he was not the last one and it was perverse that Lennon who wrote this song was killed by a similar individual.

thank you for your great comment my friend..i know what you mean people who perpetrate "hate" should never be rememberer and that includes the guy who "Murdered John Lennon in Cold Blood i refuse to remember his name.but it is the same for all the innocent live that have been lost all over Europe because of hate crimes.
on a lighter note..i know what you mean about "Fool on the Hill" i could kind of hear it after you mentioned it
