The nordic countries (Sweden) etc have sheet pan pancakes called "ugnspannkaka (oven pancake)" that's not cake like this one is. That's common here. We don't put fruit in them tho. We have a version t where you put pork/bacon on the bottom/on top as well.
American pancakes are very different than most countries pancakes because they’re more like actual cake I’ve seen a lot of people comparing the two but they’re very different foods this videos just an easy way to make a lot of American pancakes without having to stand at a stove for hours and flipping them
One of my favorite ways is to put little dolops of scuppernong jam on it before baking. If you like scuppernongs/jam I highly recommend it.

It’s a sheet pan therefore it is a pancake. I’ll try this out because I like making pancakes when I’m with family, but when I end up cooking for 6 I always end up eating last and alone because pancakes are best hot so I let them eat before I’m all the way done cooking. This way we can all enjoy them together and the kids can help.

When you say pancake mix, do you mean like any ready mix that calls for water?
Maybe It'll work as long as they have a similar consistency...I don't know. I don't have much Pancake mix in Indonesia

You can also use pancake mix for things like taco, Hamburger, or cheesteak bakes. Just made a cheese steak bake with buttermilk pancake mix. BANGIN!!!!🔥

Look up swedish/Finnish oven pancakes as well. They are less sweet. And can contain bacon etc. Kinda common here. Regular food for regular people. Comfort food.
