- in todays chivalry 2 gameplay we are using the best pub stomping weapon the greatsword while attacking bridgetown. The greatsword is so good because of it's ability to 1vx well and hit hard. This is my go to chivalry 2 weapon when i have blood lust.

Greatsword feels as you put it with longsword "fluid." It just feels so natural to use if you know what you're doing

Greatsword is really just an upgraded Longsword. It created towards the late medieval period, early renaissance. It fell out of favor with the invention of early firearms.
I've recently reached lvl 200. I feel like i know quite a lot about the game now and i totally agree with your statement. It just feels right 😊

longsword is fluid and snake like whereas great sword is rigid and heavy for me, only the swings are smooth.
I was playing with the longsword last night, usually my go to, but I started feeling disordered and was struggling with it, so I switched to the greatsword and went from middle of the pack to the top fragger by the end. I slayed 3 of the Druid hoes myself. It felt good after not using it for while.

That Greatsword looks like the German Zweihander. Those lugs on the upper portion of the blade are used to help block incoming attacks.
Ye that is the zweihander skin, you can buy it for yourself in the menu

I’ll be honest, I’ve never played either of the chivalry games. I think I played the first one all of ten minutes, got my butt kicked and never played it again. I mostly just watch Stridah play and that’s the long and short of it. I was able to finally download the game after multiple failed attempts though. Maybe when I get bored I’ll play it.

The bar is so low for being considered a competent player lol. 95% of the time a slash counter feint to overhead gets the job done in team objective. I couldn't help but laugh when that guy countered your overhead and you said he seemed competent because it's so relatable. Whenever someone counters more than one attack in a row, particularly a stab or overhead, I think okay this guy is a gamer haha.
If they counter an overhead I’m like ok I might have to fight 😂😂😂 it’s my barometer of competence

GSK is all I play nowadays. Takes more skill than Vanguard imo which makes every kill the more satisfying.

How can you tell being damaged by the enemy or by friendlies ?
You can’t tell if you are taking team damage unless you have enough health to see there a very small amounts being taken away
Yup or turn around and no enemy but 5 idiot team mates, also team does not make foot step sounds, so if no audio behind it’s just an idiot on team

I’m hitting up all the big name players I can find and asking for thoughts on the game occasionally starting and finish without a full lobby. Which allows for higher skill players to absolutely dunk on inexperienced chunggers like myself, more specifically when it’s ONLY me because my two other teammates are farting about killing each other while I’m defending the objectives getting attacked by an archer/ vandalizer combo then the very next match was still well under full lobby with half my attacking team not being able to get the pigs n peasants on the boat because of the chad squad squatting on the boat and just ghosting the few of us trying to actually play. I don’t care about dying over and over again hell I consider it funny when I have the highest death count cause I’m insane and continuously charge recklessly into the mob so, I believe it’s more than just a “get gud” scenario when a few players are getting out teamed and out classed by a larger force. Nor should it have to be acceptable to say “sucks to play that game better luck in the next one” when the same things happens again sometimes right after. Thank you for your thoughts

I just want the combat update to come and make the game feel like it used to. I can't get used to it anymore, haven't played in weeks because it was so frustrating. Doesn't seem like anyone else has this issue by watching streamers and playing in game.
