I’ve been watching the 1988-90 Mission Impossible with Jane Badler and she looks way nicer in that, even though it was made 6-7 years later. It’s odd. Maybe cos she played an alien in V. :) For the record, she’s still gorgeous in both.
The original mini-series was great. After that, it devolved into a stupid soap opera with a minimal Sci-Fi veneer. It was just 'Dynasty' in sci-fi uniforms.

Agreed. I found it had some entertaining elements by this stage but overall the weekly series was cheap and cheesy fan fiction, while the original mini-series was a high-quality television epic on par with big screen feature films.
I didn't know that reptiles need to be shaved...:)) Anyway, I still think Diana's hairstyle in the Final Battle seems nicer....Although it was more troublesome to hold the fringe part back with hairpins. The red dust caused the hair to turn big and tightly curly? LOL

I always wondered about that. Since everybody on Earth already knew they were reptilians, and since they were also within the secluded environs of their own spaceship, it would have made a lot of sense for them to have removed (and kept off) their human masks.
The dialogue on V was like from a great soap opera: funny and hard-hitting. And Jane Badler was the star.
There rivalry was classic Diana forever being defiant.
