- Le Chat (Le Cat) is a funny cartoon created by Philippe Geluck, a Belgian all around artist and performer, born in Brussels. The cartoon ‘Le Chat’ was first featured in 1983 in the ‘Le Soir’ newspaper. In this video, Enzo playfully discover and admire the twenty-two unique, monumental, funny bronze cat statues displayed at the Brussels Royal Park.
