What a splendid combination - organ and trumpet.
Mr Rondeau is for my money an extremely active individual who eats, breathes and sleeps music.
His contribution on Petrucci website alone is almost too vast to be able to comprehend.
I am personally indebted to all his hard work in bringing obscure or forgotten compositions to the forefront.
The Pezel pieces are worth recording and placing on this medium, I feel. It is time for a revival of lost works.

I played in a brass ensemble back in the day and we played this music in many churches on Cape Cod that were built in the 1700's. Awesome acoustics!!

Christopher I agree that Bach was great but I also have to say that Handel was up there with the greats
May their magnificent music be with mankind forever.
That whole generation of composers starting with Vivaldi, and continuing with Telemann, J.S. Bach, Handel, D. Scarlatti, and Rameau put the composers who came before them to shame, even though there were some quite good ones.

Kaleidoscope: a beautiful toy in my youth, in the fifties. We use to construct them with paper: not so perfect but imagination does it's part.
