3:10 The book theyre talking about is "Of mice and men" it had a black charter in it so they called him the nword alot instead of his actual name but the book was set in the 1950s-60s(around the time of the great depression) so it was normal considering the time it was set out

My old english teacher said the N-word while reading of mice and men saying it was for "educational purposes" and when everyone was visibly in shock she said "if youre offended good" (im darkskin black and so was this ofher girl in my class) and she said all the racist words but never the sexist words(she was a white woman) she never got sacked but she did leave the teachers said it wasmt cuz she was fired.the crazy thing is someone found her twitter and found out she supported n*zis and that her grandad was one as well.2021 was a wild year
