    I must say I’ve had mine now for 2 months and it’s VERY powerful, the only downside I have is it’s noisy and it also is pretty hard to start if you are not strong as the pull started fucking flings back on your fingers witch is not very nice but overall I’m impressed but starting it is a pain.

      Try change the spark plug for a better, but first check the tightening and spark plug gap. Digital ignition, and the auto choke not good in this product. Other method:1.primer pump 10x, 2. try pull the recoil without ignition, with choke for 3 times (3X in other language), 3. then add the ignition and without choke start it. Thats the classic, old 2t motors trick from Husqvarna description in 1980. :)
      My method simple, primer pump 10X, ignition+choke and need 7X pull avarage. Its the auto choke and the digital sh*t fault in my opinion. Better motors start with max 3 pull.
      Finally try tightening all bolts and the motor, exhaust outside, if you are know what to do.😀

    @Ryan-eo1dw Před 4 lety +1

    I got a new method of starting this, leave the engine out on a warm day for 5 mins. The I go outside and leave the choke OFF prime it 6 times (I find 10 is too much and 6 is fine) then give it 3-5 rapid pulls even if the pull cord doesn’t go far then for me it starts.

Any advice would be helpful . Thanks😊

      You only need the lockable joint (washer) under the knife, it will center it. After that, the plate-shaped tensioner, then the nut screw, which has the opposite thread.

    Hi mate, thanks for the detailed video. I am stuck between getting this and the Einhell 4 stroke equivalent (both £150 at toolstation). I know the 2 stroke will have more power. Which would you go for? Very little information online about the 4 stroke. Thanks

    • @flagellumdei8429
      @flagellumdei8429  Před 4 lety +3

      2 stroke better i think, less parts in the motor, less failure option, no oil change, but you need mix the fuel, smelly, and for power need a higher rpm.
      4 stroke motor torque better in low rpm, less smelly, little quieter, but bigger chance to mechanical problem, need oil change.
      Simple things always cheaper and durable, so i favorize 2 stroke at time. What you needs, durable or quiet, hp or torque? Its a dirty job so comfort secondary on my opinion.
      Check a few 4 stroke video for the conclusion.

Opened the engine up and I was actually disappointing to see how cheaply made it was. Sent it back got a full refund and now I’m just getting a 26cc strimmer instead.

      Emre I’ve got one and all I’m gonna say, it doesn’t go through much fuel, also it cuts pretty tall grass on half throttle. This thing is a beast don’t buy if your garden isn’t that big. The one problem I have is starting from cold can be hard, if you are strong then it will be easy for you. When you first get it it may be really hard to start but if you leave it running for 20 mins idle for 1 day in a week it will soon break in. Good luck and I recommend this.

    • @flagellumdei8429
      @flagellumdei8429  Před 4 lety +1

      For the stock trimmer head you need originally 2.4 mm wire (nylon trimmer), but few type 2.4 mm wire not good for this head, because slip out fast from the trimmer head(made in China). 2.7mm wire better option i think. The load process very simple, just take a 3-4 meter wire, fold it in half, and wrap up. Half the wire in one lane other half to secound lane. If you done, stick the 2 wire in the nearly outsides holes. Now take the heads cover, attach the 2 wire to the head, press, and your are DONE. XD Don't forget the spring and 2 washer.
      If you'll be my time, i make a video, but on the youtube you find one.
      Easier if you buy a "load and go" trimmer head.

  • @plinker439

    I try to follow the start procedure as it's written in the manual but this fcker just does not want to start.
    1. Primer pump 10x times
    2. Ignition On
    3. Choke On
    4. Pull on the starter two times
    5. Choke Off
    6. Pull on starter 4-5 times
    Also, it's very hard to pull the starter. I know the compression is very high because the engine is new but... The 'Easy start system' sign at the side of wrapping is ridiculous, yes it's easy if you have an arm of a gorilla. In the video, the most important parts are missing, when did you turn off the choke? After how many pulls on the starter? Or you leave the choke ON until engine start?

    • @flagellumdei8429
      @flagellumdei8429  Před 3 lety +1

      First check the spark plug, if need tighten it.
      The main problem with the start, the cutter not have "half throttle" lock, so the standard starting method not good.
      Standard method for 2T motors in days like chainsaw: 1. start with choke(primer pump if have) until 1 time fire, 2.then choke off and continue starting to fireing.
      Most of brushcutters have "half throttle" lock on the horn, to start you need lock it and the same starting method.
      This Einhell series not have half throttle, its a shame, because if you keep the throttle half start easier(cable tie to throttle).
      So my method: 1.primer pump 10X time, 2.choke ON, 3. starting until fire with choke, this is 5-8 pull or more first time. After the motor warm start very easy without choke.
      The motor need 2-3 tank fuel out for better work, until just easy with the throttle.
      Use 1:40 mixed fuel, 1:50 weak for this. A full syntethic based 2T oil is the best for this cutter and etanol less fuel, like premium.

    • @plinker439
      @plinker439 Před 3 lety

      @@flagellumdei8429 I left the choke on until engine started as you wrote, not just for 2-3 pull as the manual describe. Also a good pulling technique is importan to learn for engine start, you should stretch not just your biceps and forearm but also your shoulder and back muscles, also use the momentum by turning your whole upper body a bit.
      I was a bit worried because the first start was hard, after wearing out 3-4 tank of fuel it's much easier.
