Spicy food doesn't cause ulcer but if ulcer is there spicy food irritates the ulcer. It's normal logic. Any spicy thing will irritate an open wound.

My father have Regular gase problem, acidity, stomach pain when he ate spicy and spice food and non vage. He faced this problem seance 9 year . My father took treatment but in middle of the treatment he stopped the treatment
because of our Families economic conditions my father also have habit to ate tobacco / Nicotine . Please help me also to change his this habit also and i want to continue my fathers treatment again please 🙏 help me with right guidence.

Orange or any other citrus fruits are not generally recommended because they are acidic in nature, and can increase acidity in stomach and which is not good for ulcers. Plus tea taken on empty stomach for a prolonged time is also a risk factor for ulcers.

Although Orange contains antioxidants but people having with peptic or gastric ulcer should not take because it has got high quality of vitamin C and that irritates the Bowl too much, second thing you said about the garlic taking too much of garlic for the gastric ulcer patient sometimes some people cannot digested so it is harmful for them I don't know about some patient but some of them are resistant to the garlic too such as I am has been having gastric ulcer I tried to avoid take raw garlic s

I got gestric ulcer due to h pylori infection,.sudden weight loss, severe pain in upper abdominal,

Due to cold nature I have taken regular high amount of Apple cider vineager and hot herbs like cinnamon and ginger garlic and nutmeg in large quantity Actually I don't about my problem but symptom is I can't eat spicy food, acidic food or citric food,tea coffee hot beverages and processed food or sugar and ghee I feel inflammation and think stomach irritation and I'm on totally alkaline diet and light and natural food please guide me what to do. 🙏
