i have a question, at the end of the video where the interface shows up after the ship imploded, does it mean it detached from the ship or was that just a non-canon scare tactic for the viewers?

Really good short! Quite scary, for a Lego film, and a Dr Who one at that.
These are really great! I'd probably suggest doing the impossible choice in short bursts like this. I was really looking forward to it. :'(
