yeah aveeno is good & I really love Avene, my dermatologist recommended it (probably b/c she got $$ from it, but still) and it was really kind to my skin & not oily

I really like Cerave day-time moisturizer with SPF 30! Kiehl's makes a nice facial one too but it's more pricey!

Cate McLean my all time fave facial spf is the clinique one! it’s spf 50 in a little yellow bottle. it’s sooo good! non irritating and has never broken me out (i have pretty sensitive skin)

As someone who has absolutely no makeup knowledge, it was so interesting and helpful for me when you were talking about foundations and how to choose the right one for you. I would love if you could do a whole video like that, maybe about concealer and bronzer and such like that? I have an event coming up that I have to do my own makeup for and I could really use all the help I can get!

If a cleaning foam or mousse is of high quality and suited for all skin types, doesn’t contain alcohol and it’s gentle enough for the skin, then it’s perfectly fine to use it daily. After just use tonic, exfoliator, and so on ... like usual. That’s what the owner of the salon I worked for recently for school (for 2 months) does to their clients and they all have different skin types, but she almost always starts cleaning their faces with a foaming cleanser. 🤷‍♀️
I guess there are lots of ways to take care of your skin. The first thing is to know chemistry at least a bit and our skin’s anatomy, then the effects products can have on the skin (but again that’s chemistry). There are no strict rules. There are so many facials out there on the market! And so many salons! Then the competition begins 😁 There are so many different people with different needs. Each salon is different too. But the basics are the same everywhere - the skin needs what it needs to looks it’s best! Haha 😄
