In this video, GM Alex Lenderman continues the series on Isolated Pawns. This time, he is discussing typical defensive ideas against an isolated pawn.
    Summary:
The side with the isolated Pawn should not exchange pieces. In this example, we clearly see that it does not bring much for the side with the isolated pawn to exchange pieces.
However, not all trades are automatically good for the side without the isolated pawn. Trading pieces should not activate the pieces of your opponent and make them dangerous for your king.

Amazing video lesson of GM Lederman, as coins have two sides, chess have two colors. In this lesson, unlike the previous two, you can see strategies for playing against the isolated pawn structure. with very well-selected exercises and presented in a very didactic way.

    Advanced lessons I really enjoy...
I'm 15 and 2150 rated and I love these explanations especially by Alexander Lenderman, he explains it in a very instructive, "grandmaster like", way.
