I'm bummed the third video was never finished... especially since I was in it after demonstrating the "spawn bombing" exploit. We ran the setup clock to like 10+ minutes by repeatedly capturing the center control point and made both teams watch from behind the gates, haha
@@moneynigga Yes, I found an exploit and FLOOR_MASTER messaged me about using it. We went into cp_well and used it to glitch ourselves inside the middle control point room before the warmup gates opened. We were on opposite teams and captured the control point back and forth, which added more time to the warmup timer and trapped both teams on their respective sides as they watched in horror. Eventually the game degraded into everyone switching to soldier on both sides and rocket-jumping over the shipping containers to the opposite side so they could fight. Sadly, I didn't record this because I was 17 years old with a cheap computer, and I knew FLOOR_MASTER was recording with a much nicer setup anyway. Then he just vanished. These videos are such time capsules. I miss the days of casual community servers where people would just hang out and talk shit on voice chat. Every multiplayer game these days has small teams, short games, and matchmaking. There's no time to build a server-specific community. Early TF2 really spoiled me for online shooters, and nothing has quite been the same since.
Right now, a mod called Pre-Fortress 2 is achieving what you're describing. There are only a few servers that are populated regularly, but the communities there are great.

The steam profile for the leader of TEAMROOMBA is “FLOOR_MASTER”. Right now in 2022, I checked his profile just 1 day after his profile said he was offline and it said he was online the next day. He’s still active, but it’s just that he doesn’t play tf2 or make CZcams videos anymore for whatever reason. And no, don’t believe that ongoing rumor that he’s not coming back because he died. And here’s a fun fact: he was also the same guy that made the tf2 map CP_Steel. And one of his friends with a steam username by the name of “Mangycarface” (he accepted my friend request on steam) was the one who also made the tf2 maps CP_Yukon and PL_Frontier.
