African needs an official African Union like how Europe has the EU.
They also need an African millitary alliance, something similar to NATO.

2063 is too far. Even your children won't be alive. That is 40 years from now. Shame!

Due to the low development state of Africa, you are in a unique position to make renewable energy work. One of the reasons I oppose it so fiercely in the west, is that all the changes we would have to make to accommodate them would take over a century. With less infrastructure, there's less to change, so it means you have a shorter route to pursuing these means. Your starting with a blank slate, in many ways.
My resources and partners stand resolute in our commitment to bringing nuclear power to Africa. I do think Africa is uniquely positioned to at least experiment with other systems of electricity generation. Don't be a gambling addict like the west though. Don't sink all your chips into one basket. It didn't work out well for them.
Also, just to cover my bases, your pursuit of those technologies should be exclusively by African companies. Don't give these hegemonists one fucking inch. They always take a mile when you do.

Speaking to the west, you see how I've approached Africa? I just help em out, because I care about people. I want them to reap the rewards of their resources, and I want their children to have a happy and healthy future. Even for the west, I've tried to offer assistance and cooperation at every turn. It never works well for me when I do that. You steal, you take advantage, you lie, you rape, and whenever I give you an inch, you demand a mile.
I spoke about the "game theory of goodness" just yesterday. I spoke about how such dishonorable tactics may net one short term gains, but they never work out well in the long run. Well the chickens have come home to roost. We are DONE with you. We are done with your stealing. We are done with your raping. We are done with your wars. We are DONE with you thinking your the big kid on the black, that can do whatever they please. Karma may not be real, but we of the world are here to BE your karma.
I could have worked with you, as I hope to work with Africa. We could have cooperated for the good of all our children. YOU poisoned that well, and now YOU must drink from it.
To Africa, the western powers and aristocrats have done to me in my life what they've done to your lands for centuries. If I speak as if I am one of you, it's because in many ways I am. Raped, robbed, left penniless, with them thinking I was squashed. Like Africa, I too am rising. We will stand together as brothers and partners, so that our children and our children's children never have to endure what we were made to. I thank you for your partnership in this battle. You are more powerful than you realize, and it would have been unwinnable without you.
We are forever in your debt, and we will not the world forget the might you wield.
