You can't delete active files being used by Windows, that's why you never see 100% of files deleted.

Like please so scammer revolts will see! It could be great to develop some algorithm of actions in case scammer uses WIN10. Because as I see it is pretty often now, and it is hard to syskey it or destroy with virus. But probably you can use comand line run by admin to initiate some destructive command(for example deletion of some important system dlls, like hl.dll or something, i dont remember the name bur there are many win files that if you delete them it will brick your pc)

I got called a 'dumb bitch' recently by a girl scammer, she told 'you don't sound Australian (which I am) you sound like a dumb bitch' so I said back to her 'so you thought I was such a dumb bitch for believing you?' 🤣then she got all pissy when I asked her if she's calling from India.
