Prices seem off as the cost to build the Burj Khalifa was $1.5 billion and thats the tallest building in the world build relatively recently as compared to alot of the aging buildings in new york Another thing to consider is all the empty office and retail spaces in Manhattan that will reduce the income of those buildings thus drastically reducing the total value,an average of 15 million a floor does not seem accurate as lot sizes and floor plates vary alot in Manhattan A per sq rate should be worked out separately for commercial and residential based off actual market value from recent sales in every area.
