❣Love Lara! So happy to see her every time! Now, Michele, you told the story about your trainer, and that immediately sent me down my memory lane. Since childhood, I recognize only (cannot lay enough stress on this) tough trainers. The tougher, the better. Went to artistic swimming from age 4 to 16. And everything was tough there. Understandably. Even our stretching exercises were called "guillotine" and "scaffold". Oh, happy childhood ( and I am dead serious about it)! So, yes, no sharing is the best tactics. ❣

I need a good, close, reliable friend to just do things with. Get coffee, grab lunch, spa day, shopping etc. I had that when I lived in another state. Lara, I'm also pale and have learned I need saturated or jewel colours. Beiges & pales drain me of colour and make me look like a corpse. 🤕 Also, there's a game that some of us play whenever there's a fellow Canadian in a movie, or mentioned in a conversation....we can't help ourselves....we say "Canadian!" It's like Canadian Bingo. Lots of bingo in today's Lululemon haul! 🤣

I think you can buy all your Lulu stuff one size smaller. I’m Canadian and I’ve been a fan of Lulu for over a decade now. They have the best return policy and they hem for free. They stand by their product and will exchange if your purchase has a defect eg. pilling or anything breaks.

The crop half zip just looks odd paired with the long shirt but it would work well with a shorter fitted top or tank under. A size down in the oversized scuba would look nice unless you prefer the baggy look.

If you buy Lululemon leggings at a different length for the colour you want, the store will do free hamming. Even shirts if you think it’s too long, they do free hamming as well. No receipts required and doesn’t matter how long you have the item.

Lululemon have wonderful bright colors and patterns. Love their sport bra's also. T shirts too hot to work in but they carry great sleeveless tanks and tops.
If you love the lululemon all yours tees, you really need to try the skims boyfriend t. Same fit but even better. I wear them to the gym as well. Since I discovered the skims, I have not touched my lulu ones

Not trying to be negative, as I assume it is a camera setting issue, but the focus issues in the recent vlogs are playing havoc with my head. I think it has triggered migraines. So I've resorted to listening to your vlogs of late while I'm doing PM skincare etc. Any chance you can look at what might be causing these out of focus issues? (I think it is the in focus, out of focus and then back in that is throwing my head off, combined with other life and health factors of course!) Love you and Lara and listening to you two giggle ☺️
Hello Michele and Laura. Next time you have a massage try the Thai Herbal Compressed Massage if they have any in your area. I’m trying to have a massage once a month but because the Thai Herbal Massage is so intense I have it every other month. Love ❤you both.
